What is Qigong?
Qigong is one of the oldest health practices in the world. It is similar to Tai Chi but is easier to learn. It combines gentle flowing movement with abdominal breathing to create meditative movement leading to deep relaxation and a peaceful mind.
This Autumnal Qigong workshop will focus on deep relaxation, restorative qigong and healing.
Yang Sheng are Traditional practices for cultivating health and long life.
The day will feature Joint and meridian opening exercises, Dao Yin exercises, Flowing Qigong and Qi healing practice.
Wear loose clothing. Bring a water bottle and a plate of food to share. Morning and Afternoon tea provided.
